The mighty i

I am an over user of Pronoun I and have judged myself into silence. I am a faithful over thinker, over organizer and I am over 50.  What am I waiting for?

To have a blog is to write on a regular basis.  To have a blog is to focus on one’s niche and stay there, attracting readers.  Ideally one is a smooth, cool blogger, espousing current thought and culture, rather than one’s own inner dialogue.  Teaching the world also embraces the notion of ‘good blogging.’

The use of ‘Pronoun I’ in more than one blogging paragraph (Generally this is a neat and tidy summary or opinion, barely audible to the reader’s ear) is considered narcissistically limited.

Last Halloween

It is almost Halloween.  Oh boy.  That can be such a fun time of year really.  At least I can recall those times.  Costumes, maxi-pads, super soakers, candy, toilet paper and more candy.  All excellent.

I think I might get a costume together this year and go trick or treating.  No I don’t have any of my ‘old costumes.’

Right about now I would really love some candy.  That orange didn’t so much cut the craving.  I wonder if more adults are trick or treaters now that it is so hard to buy food.  Who can afford candy lying around?

I gave up coffee when the machine broke.  That was a few days of a headache is all and honestly I am better for it.  Caffeine is probably not good.  I think that Mischeif Night could be a good night to go out and pretend to be a kid too, because then I could also get some toilet paper.
